Learning targets are focus points that detail the knowledge and skills students must understand and be able to perform for that lesson in order to demonstrate understanding of an academic standard.
|
Learning TargetThese are more targeted than an objective and should be in a form the students easily understand. Basically, How is the LT meaningful and relevant beyond the specific task/activity? Or, how do the standard and learning target relate to the ongoing work in the classroom? To the intellectual lives of students beyond the classroom? To broader ideals such as problem-solving, citizenship, etc.?
